The Art of “What If?” / Seeing with Intention / The Photography of Gino Miele
A free online artist’s talk featuring photographer Jean Miele, Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 1PM EST, Hosted by Elizabeth Greenberg, Maine Media Provost
Sometimes it seems as if inspiration arrives from a magical place, but photographer Jean Miele believes the magic is inside you. His work and process explore the inner places where “what if?” thrives, and he’s interested in helping others find that place, too. Join Jean as he shares photographs and illustrates his three-pronged process: not knowing how things will turn out, playing a deceptively simple game of “what if?” – and trusting your eyes (not your thoughts).
Access to this series is exclusively for Maine Media alumni, so take a workshop if you haven’t and check out all the talks!
